Dr. Hasani is one of the best halal experts in Australia who has written more than forty articles on Halal Food. He has completed more than twenty courses from GAC, JAKIM, MUI and MUIS as well courses about food safety in Australia.
Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Islamic Law and Islamic Politics (Human Rights in Islam) at Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, Brunei Darussalam.
Dr. Bekim Hasani has written many articles in three different languages (Albanian, Arabic and English) and is a published author.
From 2011 until 2020, Dr. Bekim Hasani has been the Imam at the Albanian Australian Islamic Society’s (AAIS) Mosque (the oldest mosque in Melbourne).
Dr Bekim worked for Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria (ICCV) as a Head of Shariah Affairs and Halal Expert until June 2023.
Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA) for his volunteer work in local community, defender of Human Rights. Nominated by Rosemary McKenzie-Ferguson, presented by Richard DiPilla.
